Pursuant to the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of studies already verified, and once received the communication from the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), accepting the amendment presented for the change of the name of the curriculum corresponding to the Degree in Engineering in Nautical and Maritime Transport, official title established by the Agreement of Council of Ministers of 12 November 2010, published by Resolution of 22 November 2010 of the General Secretariat of Universities in the "Official State Gazette" dated 16 December 2010.
In application of the judgment of the Supreme Court 158/2011, I resolve:
Order the publication of the modification of the title of the title of "Degree in Engineering in Nautical and Maritime Transport" which was published by Rectoral Resolution of 20 December 2010 from the University of the Country Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, "Official Gazette of the State" of 4 February 2011 and "Official Gazette of the Basque Country" of 3 March 2011 for the title "Degree in Nautical and Maritime Transport" of the University of the Basque Country/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea, as well as the curriculum leading to such a degree, in terms of are listed in the Annex to this resolution.
