Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the year 2015 of the collective agreement of the audiovisual production industry (technical) (convention code number 99012985012002), which was signed on 10 July 2015, by the Joint Commission of the Convention of which the Federation of Associations of Spanish Audiovisual Producers (FAPAE) is a member, representing companies in the sector, and the Federation of Services to the Citizens 'Committees-Workers' Commissions (FSC-CC.OO) and the Federation of Services of the General Workers ' Union (UGT), representing the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text approved by Royal Decree-Law 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 of May, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF THE AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION INDUSTRY (TECHNICIANS)

In Madrid, being 11 hours of July 10, 2015, they meet in the offices of FAPAE sitas in Madrid, Calle Luis Buñuel, 2, meet

Carlos Blazquez Perez.

The meeting is chaired by José María García González, who declares validly constituted the Joint Commission of the II Collective Convention of the Regulatory Collective of the Audiovisual Production Industry (Technicians).

After the above, those present, unanimously, adopt the following agreements:

I. It is agreed to approve the salary tables for the year 2015 listed as Annex I to this document. They incorporate an increase of 1% on the salary tables for the year 2014, in the terms of the III Agreement for Employment and Collective Bargaining 2015, 2016, 2017, signed between CEOE, CESME, UGT and CCOO.

II. That agreement shall enter into force from 1 January 2015.

III. It is agreed to empower UGT in the person of don Juan José Martínez Tendero to take care of the consequent registration procedures and request the publication of the aforementioned tables, for its purposes.

There are no other issues to be dealt with, it is necessary to hold the session, proceeding to the drafting of the present minutes, which is signed by all present, being 12 hours.

Technicians in productions whose primary exploitation is their exploitation in cinematographic rooms

The weekly wage includes the pro rata of overtime and the economic compensation of the holidays.
