After three years of application of the Ministerial Order 8/2012 of 20 February, approving the Plans of Studies of the Teaching of Training of Officers for the Integration or Adscription to the Scale of Officers of the The Army's body of Intendence through the form of entry with prior qualification, it has become evident that the tasks assigned to this body, demand some competences that cannot be reached with the plans of studies currently in (i) of course, as the preparation for the supply of services provided for in the Treaty of European Union additional provision of the Royal Decree 711/2010 of 28 May 2010, for which the Rules of Fundamental Specialties of the Armed Forces are approved, requires a more in-depth specific training than the one that is being carried out.

For this reason, it was considered necessary to increase the duration of the study plans from one year to two, for integration in the official scale, following the training model of the officers of the General Corps and the Navy Marine Corps, by means of the forms of entry with qualifications.

This ministerial order provides for the temporary planning of the curricula and the centre where they are given, indicating the ECTS credits ("European Credit Transfer System") for each subject, the subject matter to which it belongs and the module in which you are immersed.

It also includes the credits, ECTS or earlier, which are recognized to the students of military origin and certain subjects and subjects are subject to be imparted, partially or totally, by means of teaching distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

Article 15 of the General Guidelines for the elaboration of the curricula of training for access to the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces ' bodies, approved by the Order DEF/810/2015, of 4 May, establishes that the curricula of the military formation will be elaborated by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air and, in the case of the common bodies, by the Undersecretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of Defense.

During its processing, this project was informed by professional associations with representation in the Council of Personnel of the Armed Forces, in accordance with Article 40.2.b) of the Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27, rights and duties of the members of the Armed Forces and the other professional associations registered in the Register of Professional Associations of members of the Armed Forces have been informed, in accordance with Article 40.1.c) of the Organic Law 9/2011 of 27 July. Finally, according to the provisions of Article 49.1 (c) of the aforementioned organic law, it has been reported by the Armed Forces Personnel Council.

In its virtue, I have:

Single item. Approval of the CVs.

The curricula of the education of training officers for the integration or assignment to the scale of officers of the Army's Corps of Intrend are approved by means of the form of entrance with prior qualification, whose texts are insert below.

Single additional disposition. Casual jobs.

1. In accordance with Article 68.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November of the military career, students of the education of officers for the integration of the officers of the Army's Corps of Intrend, entered by means of the the form of entry with prior qualification, shall, in the case of practices and remuneration, be granted for the following purposes:

a) Guardiamarine. After the first quarter of the first course is completed.

b) Alfez pupil. When they meet the conditions required to move to the second course.

c) Alfez pupil. To those from military complement attached to the scale of officers of the Army's intrend body, who have entered by promotion for a change of scale, during the period that the unrecognized credits are taking place.

2. In accordance with Article 68.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, students in the education of training of officers for the purpose of the training of officers of the Army's body of intrend will be granted, eventually and in character academic, practical and remuneration effects, the following jobs:

a) Guardiamarine. After the first quarter of the course is completed.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

1. The Ministerial Order 8/2012, of 20 February, is hereby repealed, approving the Plans for Studies of the Education of Officers for the Integration or Adscription to the Scale of Officers of the Army's Intrend Corps by means of the form of entry with prior qualification.

2. Likewise, any other provision of equal or lower rank is hereby repealed in whatever way they object to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

The curricula approved in this ministerial order will be implemented from the 2015-2016 course.

Curriculum for teaching officers training for integration on the scale of officers of the Army's Intrend Corps, through the form of entry with prior certification

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

1. The profiles to be reached, understood as a set of related competencies, that is, knowledge, skills, skills, attitudes and values, are classified into two main ones:

a) Profile of the Armed Forces officer, particularized for the Navy and common for all their bodies. That it brings together the so-called generic competences, whose orientation is to guarantee that the official future is a military adapted to the naval means with an adequate capacity of command, leadership, discipline, decision, teamwork and ethical commitment, for the performance of the military profession on board the different ships, units, centers and agencies of the Navy.

b) Specific profile for the Navy's Intrend Corps. It comprises the sum of the powers that enable the official future to develop the own tasks of its fundamental specialty, associated with its first military use in the different ships, units, centers and organisms of the Armada.

2. Accordingly, the specific powers of the officer of the Navy's Intended Corps shall be capable of enabling him to perform the duties of the head of an Administrative Economic Service (SEA) and the supply of ships and units, as well as to perform functions subordinate to intrends, procurement headquarters and Navy contracting units. These competencies should be framed in the areas of logistics and procurement, economic management, and accounting and budgeting.

2. 4. To the student who comes from the promotion system for change of scale and who has completed plans of studies prior to that of the Curriculum of the teaching of training of officers for the adage of the military of complement to the scale of Officers of the Army's Intrend Corps, through the form of prior certification, of this ministerial order, will be able to recognize the credits of the subjects and subjects of this plan of studies that they have previously submitted.

5. Curriculum of teaching officers training for the membership of the military in addition to the scale of officers of the Army's Corps of Intrend, through the form of entry with prior qualification

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

1. The profiles to be reached, understood as a set of related competencies, that is, knowledge, skills, skills, attitudes and values, are classified into two main ones:

These competencies should be framed in the areas of logistics and procurement, economic, contractual and accounting-budgetary management.
