After three years of implementation of the Ministerial Order 8/2012, of 20 February, by which approve curricula of studies of the teaching training official for integration or secondment to the scale of the body of intendance of Navy officers through the form of income with prior qualifications, it has become clear that the responsibilities assigned to this body , they claim some powers which cannot be achieved with the curricula currently in force, a term course, since preparation for the tasks of sourcing that establishes the additional provision primera.2 of the Royal Decree 711/2010, 28 of may, which approves the regulation of fundamentals of military specialties, requires specific training more deep that which has been done.

For this reason, we considered it necessary to increase the duration of the curriculum from one year to two, for integration into the official scale, modeled on training of the officers of the General body and body of infantry of Navy of the Navy, through forms of income with qualifications.

This ministerial order establishes temporary planning of curricula and the Centre where you can take, indicating credit ECTS ("European Credit Transfer System") of each subject, the matter to which it belongs and the module in which it is immersed.

Also includes the ECTS or earlier, provided them to the students of military origin and are certain materials and subjects likely to be imparted, partially or totally, remote learning, students in a situation of pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who may not participate in person.

Article 15 of the General guidelines for the preparation of the curricula of the teaching of training for access to the different scales of official bodies of the armed forces, approved by the order DEF/810/2015, may 4, establishes that military training curricula shall be drawn up by the heads of State most of the army the Navy and the air force and, in the case of public bodies, by Undersecretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of defence.

Approve the curricula of the teaching of training officers for the integration or secondment to the scale of official of the administration body of the Navy through the form of income with prior qualifications, whose texts are then inserted.

1. the Ministerial Order 8/2012, of 20 February, by which approve curricula of studies of the teaching training official for integration or secondment to the scale of official of the administration body of the Navy through the form of income with prior qualifications shall be repealed.

2. in addition, any provision of equal or lower rank is repealed in everything in which is contrary to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Sole final provision. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force the day following its publication in the "Official Gazette".

Curricula approving in this ministerial order will be implemented from the year 2015-2016.

Curriculum of teaching training of officers for the integration into the scale of the body of intendance of Navy officers, through the form of income with prior qualifications article 1. Professional profiles to reach in the first employment.

1 the profiles to achieve, understood as a set of related competencies, i.e. knowledge, abilities, skills, attitudes and values, are classified in two main: to) profile of the armed forces officer, individualized for the Navy and common therefore for all their bodies. That it lumps together the so-called generic competences, whose orientation is to ensure that the official future is a military that is adapted to the naval environment with an adequate capacity of command, leadership, discipline, decision, teamwork and ethical commitment, for the performance of the military profession aboard different vessels, units, centres and organizations of the Navy.

(b) specific profile to the body of the quartermaster of the Navy. Comprising the sum of competences that enable future officer to develop the own of its fundamental speciality tasks associated with its first military employment in different ships, units, centres and organizations of the Navy.

2. Accordingly, the specific competences of the administration body of the Navy officer must equip them to exercise the functions of head of an administrative Economic Department (be) and provisioning of ships and units, as well as to perform functions subordinated intendencias, procurement headquarters and units of the Navy contract. These competences should be framed in the areas of logistics and procurement, economic management, and accounting and budgets.
