After three years of application of the Ministerial Order 7/2012 of 20 February, approving the Plans of Studies of the Training of Officers for the Integration or Adscription to the Scale of Officers of the The body of the Army of the Earth's Intrend through the form of entrance with prior qualification, it has become evident that the profile of egress of these officers, as well as their specific competences reflected in their supporting memory, showed certain shortcomings in relation to the tasks relating to the logistic function supply assigned to this body. These tasks require competences which cannot be achieved with the curricula currently in force for a course of duration, since the preparation for the exercise of the command action in supply units, which is established by the the additional provision of the Royal Decree 711/2010, of 28 May 2010, for which the Regulation of the fundamental specialties of the Armed Forces is approved, requires a specific formation deeper than the one that is being carried out. In this sense, the Chief of Staff of the Army of the Earth, in General Standard 03/14, Subsystem of Teaching (SUEN), of 27 June 2013, established a new profile of the officer of the Army of Intrend of the Army of the Earth, placing particular emphasis on the competence to exercise command action.

For this reason, it was considered necessary to increase the duration of the study plans from one year to two, for integration in the official scale, following the training model of the officers of the Army General Corps Land, form of entrance with titration, where in the first course, the whole of the General and Specific Military Training is imparted and in the second course, most of the Technical Military Training or Major Specialty. This ministerial order therefore contains a new professional profile to be achieved according to the own tasks of the Army of Earth's Intrend Corps, which the military will perform in the first job.

It also establishes the temporary planning of the curricula and the center where they are taught, indicating the credits ECTS ("European Credit Transfer System") of each subject, the subject matter to which it belongs and the module in which is immersed.

It also includes the credits, ECTS or earlier, which are recognized to the students of military origin and certain subjects and subjects are subject to be imparted, partially or totally, by means of teaching distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

Article 15 of the General Guidelines for the elaboration of the curricula of training for access to the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces ' bodies, approved by the Order DEF/810/2015, of 4 May, establishes that the curricula of the military formation will be elaborated by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air and, in the case of the common bodies, by the Undersecretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of Defense.

During its processing, this project was informed by professional associations with representation in the Council of Personnel of the Armed Forces, in accordance with Article 40.2.b) of the Organic Law 9/2011, of July 27, rights and duties of the members of the Armed Forces and the other professional associations registered in the Register of Professional Associations of members of the Armed Forces have been informed, in accordance with Article 40.1.c) of the Organic Law 9/2011 of 27 July.
