Article 57.1 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, of the military career, states that " to enter the military training centres to access the scales of officers of the general bodies and of ",", " may be entered, in the places of places to be determined, with university degrees of qualifications which are established taking into account the technical and professional requirements of the body and the fundamental specialty to which (a) to be accessible "; and Article 65.1, which plans for studies of general military training and specific and, where appropriate, technical will conform to the definition of capabilities and design of profiles for the professional exercise established by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air, in their field of competencies.

Therefore, this provision contains the professional profiles to be reached, depending on the fields of activity in which the military will perform, in the first job, the own tasks of the General Corps of the Army of Land.

Also included are the temporary schedules of the curricula for courses and centres where the ECTS credits ("European Credit Transfer System") of the subjects are given, indicating by a fundamental specialty, the the subjects they belong to and the modules they are immersed in.

Also included are the credits, ECTS or previous, which are recognized to the students of military origin and certain subjects and subjects that are capable of being imparted, partially or totally, by teaching to distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

Finally, the English language training modules are referred to, stating that, given their importance, their learning may be incorporated in other modules by means of the development, in that language, of all or part of the of any of the subjects that integrate them.

Single additional disposition. Casual jobs.

1. In accordance with Article 68.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November of the military career, when students are taught to train officers for integration into the General Corps of the Army of the Earth, entered with prior qualification, have completely exceeded the first course of the curricula approved in this ministerial order, shall be granted, as a matter of course and for academic, practical and remuneration purposes, the employment of students.

2. Similarly, according to Article 68.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, students in the education of training of officers for the assignment in the General Corps of the Army of the Earth have completely overcome the period of (a) training of a general nature, where possible, and for academic, practical and remuneration purposes, the use of student alfez.

Single transient arrangement. Extinction of curricula.

Once the new curricula enter into force, the plans of previous studies will be extinguished by academic year and will coexist in the event that any student, having submitted it, has to repeat course.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

1. Ministerial Order 43/2013 of 24 June, approving the Plans for Studies of the Education of Officers for the Integration of the General Body of the Army of the Earth by means of the forms of income, is hereby repealed. titration.

2. Likewise, any other provision of equal or lower rank is hereby repealed in whatever way they object to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Final disposition first. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

The curricula approved in this ministerial order will be implemented from the 2015-2016 course.

Curriculum of teaching officers training for integration on the scale of officers of the General Corps of the Army of the Earth, through the form of entry with qualifications

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

1. Article 3. Credit recognition.

1. The student may be recognized professionally with the Armed Forces and at the request of the interested parties, the stage of reception, orientation and adaptation to the military life and the credits corresponding to the modules, subjects and subjects the following are indicated according to their provenance:

Curriculum for teaching officer training for the membership of the complement military in the General Corps of the Army of the Earth by means of the form of entry with titration

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

1. Article 43.1 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, of the military career, establishes that the purpose of teaching in the Armed Forces is to provide its members with the training required for the professional exercise in the different bodies, scales and specialties, in order to meet the needs arising from the organisation and preparation of the Units and their use in operations; and their exhibition part indicates that the figure of the military complement is retained, strengthening its temporary nature with limited commitments up to an eight-year maximum in the employment of lieutenant.

Your training will be aimed at preparing and training for the professional exercise for the membership of the General Corps of the Army of the Earth.

2. The profiles to be reached by the official complement of the scale of officers of the General Body of the Army of the Earth, understood as a set of related competencies, that is, knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and values, training for:

Article 3. Credit recognition.

They may be recognized as a student who has access to education from the status of a professional military to the previous curriculum, and at the request of the person concerned, the reception phase, orientation and adaptation to the military life of the Instruction and Training module, and, depending on its origin, the credits of the modules, subjects and subjects as laid down in Article 3 of the Curriculum for the Education of Officers for Integration on the scale of the officers of the General Corps of the Army of the Earth, through the form of income with a degree, of this ministerial order.

All subjects and subjects corresponding to periods of military training of a specific character of the fundamental specialties are not susceptible to being imparted at a distance.
