Article 44.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, of the military career, provides that the teaching of training of officers for access to the scales of the common bodies of the Armed Forces will provide training general and specific military training and shall complete the technical training accredited with the qualifications required for entry; and Article 65, which the curricula of general and specific military training and, where appropriate, technical training shall be adjusted to the definition of skills and profile design for the professional exercise established by the Deputy Secretary of Defense regarding the personnel of the common bodies.

in addition, Article 14 of the General Guidelines for the elaboration of the curricula of the education of training for access to the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces bodies, approved by the Order DEF/810/2015, of 5 May, establishes the design and content of the curricula; and article 15, which the curricula of the military formation will be elaborated by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air and, in the case of the common bodies, by the Deputy Secretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of Defense.

This provision contains the professional profiles to be achieved according to the fields of activity in which the military personnel will perform the duties of the Military Corps of Health in the first job.

It also provides for the temporary planning of curricula, a course of duration, and the centres where the ECTS credits ("European Credit Transfer System") of each subject, the subject matter to the which belongs and the module to which it corresponds.

It also includes credits, ECTS or earlier, which are recognized to students of military origin, and certain subjects and subjects that are likely to be imparted, partially or totally, by teaching to distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

2. Likewise, any other provision of equal or lower rank is hereby repealed in whatever way they object to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

CURRICULUM OF EDUCATION OF OFFICERS FOR INTEGRATION AT THE SCALES OF OFFICERS AND OFFICERS NURSES OF THE MILITARY CORPS OF HEALTH THROUGH THE FORM OF ENTRANCE WITH PRIOR QUALIFICATION

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

The profiles to be reached by the Military Corps of Health officer, understood as a set of related competencies, that is, knowledge, skills, skills, attitudes and values, in their first job, which adds to the Extensive scientific, technological and humanistic training provided by the degree required for access, the necessary to attend to the tasks of the Military Corps of Health, will enable you to:

(d) to exercise, at their level, the tasks of their fundamental specialty, developing operational, technical, logistical, administrative and teaching functions, by means of directives, including command, management and executive, both in the organic and operational structure of the Armed Forces, whether in national or multinational operations.

e) Poseer an adequate capacity for leadership, discipline, command, decision and ethical commitment. And to base the exercise of leadership on the professional prestige acquired through the example, the preparation and the decision to solve problems.

Article 3. Credit recognition.

1. Article 3. Credit recognition.

A student who has access to training from the condition of a professional military to the previous curriculum, and at the request of the person concerned, may be recognized, the reception phase, orientation and adaptation to the military life of the Instruction and Training module and, depending on its origin, the credits of the modules, subjects and subjects as laid down in Article 3 of the Curriculum for the Education of Officers for Integration on the scales of officers and nurses of the Military Corps of Health through the form of Prior certification of this ministerial order.
