Article 44.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November, of the military career, provides that the teaching of training of officers for access to the scales of the common bodies of the Armed Forces will provide training general and specific military training and shall complete the technical training accredited with the qualifications required for entry; and Article 65, which the curricula of general and specific military training and, where appropriate, technical training shall be adjusted to the definition of skills and profile design for the professional exercise established by the Deputy Secretary of Defense regarding the personnel of the common bodies.

in addition, Article 14 of the General Guidelines for the elaboration of the curricula of the education of training for access to the different scales of officers of the Armed Forces bodies, approved by the Order DEF/810/2015, of 5 May, establishes the design and content of the curricula; and article 15, which the curricula of the military formation will be elaborated by the Chiefs of Staff of the Army of the Earth, the Navy and the Army of the Air and, in the case of the common bodies, by the Deputy Secretary of Defense and approved by the Minister of Defense.

This provision contains the professional profiles to be achieved according to the fields of activity in which the military officer shall, in the first job, perform the duties of the Military Legal Body.

It also provides for the temporary planning of curricula, a course of duration, and the centres where the ECTS credits ("European Credit Transfer System") of each subject, the subject matter to the which belongs and the module to which it corresponds.

It also includes credits, ECTS or earlier, which are recognized to students of military origin, and certain subjects and subjects that are likely to be imparted, partially or totally, by teaching to distance, to female students in pregnancy, childbirth or postpartum who are unable to participate in an in-person way.

The curricula of the education of training officers for the integration or entry into the level of officers of the Military Legal Body are approved by means of the form of entry with prior qualification, the texts of which are inserted into continuation.

Single additional disposition. Casual jobs.

Pursuant to Article 68.2 of Law 39/2007 of 19 November of the military career, to pupils in the education of officers for the integration or membership of the officers of the Military Legal Body, by means of forms of entry with qualifications, which have passed the General Military Training and the Specific Military Training modules, shall be granted, as a matter of course, for academic, practical and remuneration purposes, for the use of alferez pupil.

Single transient arrangement. Extinction of curricula.

Once the new curricula enter into force, the plans of previous studies will be extinguished by academic year and will coexist in the event that any student, having submitted it, has to repeat course.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

1. Ministerial Order 36/2012 of 9 July is hereby repealed, approving the Plans for Studies of the Training of Officers for the Training of Officers for the Integration or Adscription in the Scale of Officers of the Military Legal Body by means of the of entry with prior qualification.

2. Likewise, any other provision of equal or lower rank is hereby repealed in whatever way they object to the provisions of this ministerial order.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This ministerial order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

The curricula approved in this ministerial order will be implemented from the 2015-2016 course.

CURRICULUM OF EDUCATION OF OFFICERS FOR INTEGRATION IN THE SCALE OF MILITARY LEGAL CORPS OFFICERS BY MEANS OF PRIOR QUALIFICATION

Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

The profiles to be achieved by the lieutenant auditor of the Military Legal Body's official scale, understood as a set of related competencies, that is, knowledge, skills, skills, attitudes and values, that allow him to adequately develop his activity in the Armed Forces, and, on the other hand, the specific technicians that the lieutenant auditor must possess for the most correct performance of the tasks assigned to the Military Legal Corps, will enable him for:

b) On the specific side of the professional profile as an official auditor, based on the qualifications required for the entry, complemented by precise technical training, deploying the necessary potential The analysis of the legal problems from a humanistic and multidisciplinary approach, in order to achieve its resolution in an efficient and timely manner, to develop the directives, management and executive actions in accordance with the technical function that, in a coherent manner at its level and organic position, be entrusted both in the exercise of the tasks of the legal advice, such as those in the field of military jurisdiction, as well as in the performance of the teaching function.

c) To permanently update professional knowledge, in the face of scientific and technological evolution and in the attention of the demands and needs of the Armed Forces.

d) Exercise leadership, which will be based on the professional prestige acquired through the example, preparation and decision for problem solving.

Article 3. Credit recognition.

1. The student who has access to education from the condition of a professional military may be recognized, at the request of the person concerned, to be recognized, the stage of reception, orientation and adaptation to the military life of the instruction module. Article 1. Professional profiles to be achieved in the first job.

Article 3. Credit recognition.
