In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, the Charter of Services of the Education Library of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport.

In view of the favorable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, this Secretariat, in use of the powers conferred on it assigns Article 11 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, has resolved to approve the Charter of Services of the Department's Library of Education, which will enter into force on the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The printed text of the said Charter of Services will be available in the premises of the Center itself, in the General Access Point of the General Administration of the State and in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry, according to the with Article 6.2.b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed, in the following Internet addresses:
