The Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund is an autonomous agency attached to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment through the General Secretariat of Agriculture and Food, which is among the heritage the Castle of Arevalo in which is located a silo/museum that houses the permanent exhibition of cereals, using the historical context of the building and its surroundings, to make an approach to the history of Spain, of Castilla, having as a main object to make known the situation of agriculture until the 1930s and the from this date onwards with the storage of cereals and the recent agricultural economy.

Law 8/1989, of 13 April, of Public Fees and Prices, sets out in Title III, the rules on the concept, value, fixing and administration of public prices. Article 24 defines public prices as financial compensation for the provision of services or the carrying out of activities under public law where such services or activities are also carried out In the private sector, citizens are requested voluntarily.

On March 17, 2014, the Resolution of March 6, 2014, of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, establishing the public entry prices and other activities of the Castle of Arevalo, was published, in order to adapt its economic and administrative management to the existing rules.

After finding difficulties in the implementation of this Resolution, a revision of the Resolution has been made, with a number of changes needed, in the amounts of public prices, as well as in the extension of the collective agreements. to which a reduction in the price of entry and gratuity will be made, so that, in order to facilitate its application and for the proper legal certainty, a new resolution setting out the public entry prices and other charges should be issued. activities of the Castle of Arevalo.

Article 26.1 (b) of Law 8/1989 of 13 April, on Public Fees and Prices, provides that the establishment or modification of the amount of public prices shall be made directly by public bodies, prior to authorization of the ministerial department from which they are dependent.

In its virtue, prior to the authorization of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment, dated July 24, 2015, I resolve:

First. Object.

The purpose of this resolution is to establish the amount of public prices contained in Annex I and Annex II to this resolution, to be received by the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund (hereinafter referred to as "FEGA") for the visit to the Arevalo Castle and the rates of services and activities to be performed in spaces of the same.

Such amounts will be increased by the application of the legally applicable Value Added Tax rate.

The amount of the prices set out in Annex I and II of this resolution may be updated, with effect from 1 January of each year, in whole or in part.

Second. Schedule and prices visit.

1. The public visit to the Castle will be determined by the schedule, the conditions of entry and the general access regime.

2. The schedule will be reflected on the FEGA website.

3. The general price of entry for the visit to the Castle of Arevalo is as set out in Annex I.

4. A 50 per cent reduction will be applied on the general entry price and with due accreditation, to:

(a) Groups linked to cultural or educational institutions made up of 15 or more members.

b) Numerous families.

c) Retirees.

d) Citizens in legal status of unemployment.

e) Persons with disabilities and their accompanying persons, as long as it is essential for the person to make the visit.

5. The entry will be free of charge, after accreditation, in the following cases:

a) Nacids or resident in Arevalo.

b) Under 6 years old.

c) Students.

d) Personnel of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment.

e) Arevalo City Council staff.

f) Teaching staff in the exercise of their professional duties.

g) official tourism guides in the exercise of their professional duties.

Third. Usage prices spaces.

1. The price per use of the Castle spaces is detailed in Annex II of this resolution.

2. The FEGA shall establish by contract, the conditions of use of the spaces, the maximum permitted capacity in order to preserve the due conservation of the facilities, as well as to determine the expenses derived from the use and the amount.

3. The payment of the public price for the use of the spaces of the Castle, may be effected by bank transfer or cash in the current account that the FEGA has authorized to the effect in the Banco de España. In the case of agreements or contracts, the payment shall be made in accordance with the conditions laid down therein. In any event, the payment shall be made on the basis of the acceptance of the budget and shall be a precondition for carrying out such a service.

4. Where applications for use and exploitation come from public institutions or private non-profit entities, the social purpose of which is cultural promotion, a 50% bonus shall be applied.

5. The FEGA may refuse applications deemed not in accordance with the objectives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment.

6. The President of the FEGA by resolution may establish the gratuitousness of the services and activities to be determined.

Fourth. Revenue.

1. The management, settlement and collection of payments is the responsibility of the FEGA, without prejudice to any of the actions.

2. The payment of the input prices will occur when the acquisition of the entries is made to access the enclosure.

3. The payment of the services and activities for use of the spaces in the Castle shall occur at the time of the authorization of the service or activity, which shall not be carried out without the corresponding payment being made.

4. Where the service or activity is not attributable to the obligation to pay the payment, the FEGA shall refund the public price entered.

Fifth. Resources.

The acts resulting from the management and collection of the public prices covered by this resolution may be challenged in the form and time limits laid down in Articles 107 et seq. of Law 30/1992 of 26 November 1992. Legal status of public administrations and the common administrative procedure.

Sixth. Effects of the resolution of 6 March 2014.

The Resolution of March 6, 2014, of the Spanish Agricultural Guarantee Fund, which establishes public entry prices and other activities of the Castle of Arevalo, has no effect.

Seventh. Effects of this resolution.

This resolution shall produce effects from the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".

ANNEX I

Entry to the permanent exhibition at Arevalo Castle

1. Entry to the permanent exhibition: 2.48 euros.

2. Reduced price: 1.24 euros.

ANNEX II

Installations

1. First rate: for the use of the conference room, up to three hours of events, up to three hours of use 300 euros. For each additional hour 75 euros.

2. Second rate: per room 70 euros, with its use being linked to the hiring of the conference room.

3. Third rate: supplement for the use of equipment of filming 200 euros for each hour or fraction. This fee will be computed additionally, if any, to any of the above mentioned and will not be applied in the case of films or reports made by the social media for the exclusive purpose of offering a general information to the public.
