Having regard to the text of the minutes of 27 July 2015 in which the agreement on the wage treatment provided for in the collective agreement of department stores (convention code 99002405011982), which was signed by a party, is collected, the business association ANGED representing companies of the sector, and of another, by the trade union organizations FASGA and FETICO on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of article 90, paragraphs 2 and 3 of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995, March 24, and in Royal Decree 713/2010, of May 28, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said agreement in the corresponding Register of Conventions and collective agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

In Madrid on 27 July 2015, at the premises of ANGED in Madrid, the Joint Commission of the Collective Convention of Great Stores ("BOE" 22-04-2013), established under the provisions of Article 84 of the Convention, meets with the assistance for all the organisations that make up the organisation, in order to deal with the agenda.

Single point.

Application of the wage treatment provided for in Article 24 of the Collective Convention of Great Stores ("BOE" 22-04-2013 for the year 2013, 2014.

The session is open and in compliance with the provisions of article 24 of the Collective Convention of Great Stores ("BOE" 22-04-2013), the parties establish the Index of Retail Trade, on Large Surfaces, General, once deduced the inflation effect for the years 2013 and 2014:

Certificates issued by the General Statistical Broadcast Subdirectorate (INE) are hereby added.

According to the Joint Committee, it agrees that the application of the provisions of Article 24 does not apply. Wage treatment for the years 2013 and 2014, at the lower of the index published in the respective years, to the published index of the year 2010.

And there are no other issues to be dealt with, the sitting is closed, and from it the present minutes, authorizing and being mandated to Dona Eva Marin Oliaga, to formally process this Agreement before the General Directorate of Labor, for its Subsequent publication in the "BOE", by signing the meeting, to be found according to the present minutes at the place and date indicated above.
