In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990, of 15 October, of the Sport, the Commission of the Council of the High Sports Council of 27 April 2015, has approved definitively the modification of Article 75, of the Statutes of the Spanish Federation of Colombiculture, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statute of the Royal Spanish Federation of Colombiculture, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Statutes of the Royal Spanish Federation of Colombiculture

Article 75.

For participation in any official sports competition it will be necessary to be in possession of a regional sports license, which will be issued by the sports federations of regional autonomy that are integrated in the RFEC.

The license will produce effects in the state and autonomous areas, from the moment you enroll in the registry of the autonomous sports federation.

The autonomic sports federations must communicate to the RFEC the inscriptions they practice, as well as the modifications of those inscriptions.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, in the cases of non-existence of a self-governing federation, material impossibility, when determined by the autonomous federation itself, or when the autonomic federation is not integrated into the RFEC, the issue of licences shall be assumed by the RFEC.

The economic distribution corresponding to the overall amount received by the autonomous federations for the issue of licences, will correspond with the payment to the RFEC of a fixed amount for a licence, which will be approved by the General Assembly with the majorities that are legally established.
