By virtue of the provisions of Article 4 of Law 13/1998, of Market Management of Tabacos, the sale prices to the public of certain tobacco products are published in Expendedurias de Tabaco and Timbre del Área del Monopoly, which have been proposed by the relevant manufacturers and importers.
