Key Benefits:
The Higher State Contract Price Committee has prepared the price indices of labor, energy and materials for the year 2014, applicable to the revision of the price of contracts concluded by the Public administrations, which were proposed to the Government's Delegate Committee for approval.
The Government's Delegate Committee for Economic Affairs approves the price indices prepared by the Higher Prices Committee until the entry into force of the Royal Decree of Law 2/2015, of 30 of March, de deindexation of the Spanish economy. Approved those indices, at their meeting of 23 July 2015, this Ministry has had to arrange for its publication in Annexes I and II accompanying this Order.
