At its meeting of 4 September 2015, the Council of Ministers adopted the agreement by which determines the level of correspondence to the level of the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education of the official University of aeronautical engineering.

Pursuant to article 24.4 of the Royal Decree 967/2014, of 21 November, whereby the requirements and the procedure for approval and Declaration of equivalent qualification and official University academic level and the recognition of foreign higher education studies, and the procedure is established to determine the correspondence to the levels of the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education of the official titles of architect , Engineer, graduate, technical architect, technical engineer and diploma, this Directorate-General of University policy resolves to publish as an annex to this resolution, in the «Official Gazette», the Council of Ministers of 4 September 2015 date agreement.

The Royal Decree 1027 / 2011, of 15 July, which establishes the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education, establishes four levels of qualification based on learning outcomes that provide official studies: higher technical level is included in level 1, level 2 degree, Master at level 3 , and the Doctor at level 4.

At the same time, the Council of Ministers by Royal Decree 22/2015, 23 January, which lays down the requirements for issuing the European supplement titles regulated by Royal Decree 1393 / 2007, of October 29, by which establishes the planning of official university education and amending the Royal Decree 1027 / 2011 , 15 July, which establishes the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education, introduced in the Spanish legal system part of the European qualifications framework. The Spanish qualifications framework for higher education (senior technician) 1 level corresponds to level 5 of the European qualifications framework. Level 2 (grade) of the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education corresponds to level 6 of the European qualifications framework. Level 3 (Master) of the Spanish qualifications framework for higher education corresponds to level 7 of the European qualifications framework. The Spanish qualifications framework for higher education level 4 (Doctor) corresponds to level 8 of the European qualifications framework.

Fundamentals of law 1. Second. Publication of the agreement of Council of Ministers in the «Official Gazette» and the electronic site of the Ministry of education, culture and sport.
In accordance with the provisions of article 24.4 and 26 of Royal Decree 967/2014, on 21 November, the Directorate-General of University policy shall send the publication in the «Official Gazette» and the electronic headquarters of the Ministry of education, culture and sport of this agreement of Council of Ministers.

Third party. Registration in the register of universities, centres and degrees.

In accordance with article 24.5 from Royal Decree 967/2014, of 21 November, which has once been published in the «Official Gazette» this agreement, the General Sub-Directorate of academic coordination and legal regime of the General direction of University policy shall the resolution's recognition of correspondence in the register of universities, centres and degrees.
