In accordance with Article 28.3 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of studies already verified, and once received favorable report of the Andalusian Knowledge Agency from 13/03/2015 to the proposed modification of the curriculum of the degree of Graduate in Primary Education.

This Rectorate, having approved a modification of the curriculum corresponding to the teaching of Graduate in Primary Education official title established by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of June 7, 2013 (published in the "BOE" of June 26, 2013), has resolved:

Order the publication of the modification of the Graduate Studies Plan in Primary Education by the University of Almeria, which is structured and defined in the terms set out in the Annex to this Resolution, amending the curriculum published by Resolution 16 July 2013 published in the BOE dated 1 August 2013 and in the BOJA dated 31 July 2013.

In any case, all pupils must, prior to the holder, be required to certify, in order to obtain their degree, a level B1 or higher of a Foreign Language (Common European Framework of Reference for the Languages). Foreign students must prove the knowledge of the Spanish Language. The accreditation of level B1 of a Foreign Language should be held prior to the completion of the studies, and may be obtained by any of the procedures provided by the University of Almeria.
