Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the years 2015 and 2016 of the XIV General collective agreement of centers and services for persons with disabilities (convention code number 99000985011981), which was signed with date 14 September 2015, on the one hand by the AEDIS and FEACEM business associations, on behalf of the companies in the sector, and, on the other, by the trade union organisations of CC.OO. and UGT, on behalf of the employees, and with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Text Recast approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

In Madrid, at 14:30 p.m. on September 14, 2015, they meet at the headquarters of FECCOO, in Calle Ramírez de Arellano, number 19, 4. th floor, the organizations reviewed to proceed with the signing of the agreement of the salary tables for the years 2015 and 2016 of the 14th General Collective Convention of Centres and Services for the Care of Persons with Disabilities, the registration of which was ordered by Resolution of the Directorate-General for Employment of 20 September 2012 and published in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 243 of 9 October 2012.

Following the meetings held on 3 September and 14 September at the negotiating table, the majority organisations and signatories to the Convention have reached the agreement on the revision of the wage bill in the tables. attached.

Therefore, AEDIS, FEACEM, CCOO and UGT, recognising that there is a sufficient majority for the said wage revision to be of general effectiveness, proceed to the signing of the pay tables of the specialised care centres, Special employment centres, non-concerted educational centres and supplementary staff and PAS from the educational centres, which have been agreed with a 1% increase for the years 2015 and 2016, which are annexed to this report, with the clarifications which are set out in the same.

In addition, in relation to Group II of the educational centers with concert, they commit themselves to continue working on a proposal, within the Negotiating Commission, that in response to the salary revision of the teaching staff in payment delegate of the educational centers with concert.

The Secretariat of the Convention is mandated, namely Paloma Perona Mejías for the registration and telematics processing of this agreement for the purpose of its subsequent publication in the "Official Gazette of the State".
