In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for the improvement of quality in the General Administration of the State, the National Institute of Public Administration has proposed the update of the Electronic Services Charter for the period 2015 -2018.

Article 11.1 of that provision states that the Letters of Services and their subsequent updates shall be approved by a Resolution of the Deputy Secretary of the Department to which the organ belongs or is attached to the Proposing body.

Having regard to the favourable report issued by the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services dated September 24, 2015, under the powers assigned to it by the regulations in force in relation to Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July 2005 establishing the general framework for quality improvement in the General Administration of the State,

This Sub-Secretariat has resolved to approve the update of the Electronic Services Charter of the National Institute of Public Administration for the period 2015 -2018, which will take effect from the day following the publication. of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The aforementioned Charter of Services must be available at the INAP's electronic headquarters, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6.2 (b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the In part, Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services.
