The Electronic Register of Power of Power was created by Article 15 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November 2009, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to the public services.
In this Electronic Register, it is possible to state the representations that citizens grant to third parties to act on their behalf electronically before the General Administration of the State and its public bodies. linked or dependent.
Its operation is regulated in the HAP/1637/2012 Order of 5 July, which regulates the Electronic Registration of Power. Article 9.1 of this Order states that the accession of a ministerial department or public body to the Register shall be effected by publication in the "Official State Gazette" of a Resolution of the holder of the Secretariat of the the department or the head of the body. It also states that in this Resolution, the initial procedures and actions will be carried out by electronic means for which the representation incorporated in the Electronic Register of Power will be valid.
Also, in paragraph 3 of this article it is established that the incorporation after the Registration of new formalities and actions by electronic means, and its eventual modification, will correspond to the ministerial department or competent body on the same. This incorporation will be made electronically and must be accompanied by a new resolution of the competent body modifying or extending the initial relationship of formalities.
By Resolution of 25 July 2014, of the Public Service of State Employment, published in the "Official Gazette of the State" n. 197, of August 14, the accession of this Agency to the Electronic Registry of Proxies and procedures and actions were incorporated into the catalogue of procedures and actions by electronic means for which it can be taken over by the Internet.
By this resolution we proceed to update the procedures and actions for which you can take over the Internet to the Public Service of State Employment, through the modification of procedures and actions already published and the incorporation of new procedures and actions to the Electronic Register of Power Catalogue.
By virtue of the above, I have:
First. Update of the procedures and actions for which it can be taken to conduct on the Internet before the Public Service of State Employment, incorporated in the Electronic Register of Power.
The procedures and actions for which you can take over the Internet to the Public Service of State Employment, which are set out in the Annex to this Resolution, are updated and incorporated into the Catalogue of the Electronic Registration of Power (s).
This Annex relates procedures and actions already published, the content of which is amended, as well as new procedures and actions for new incorporation, and replaces the Annex to the Resolution of 25 July 2014 by the Public Employment Service. State, for which this body adheres to the Electronic Register of Power of the General Administration of the State and procedures and actions are incorporated into the catalogue of formalities and actions by electronic means for which it can be take over for internet realization.
Second. Application.
This Resolution will apply from its inclusion in the State Employment Public Service electronic headquarters.
