In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990, of 15 October, of the Sport, the Commission of the Council of the High Sports Council in its session of 30 June 2015, has approved definitely the modification of the articles 1, 56, 57 and final disposition, of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Statutes of the Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation

Article 1.

1. The Royal Spanish Volleyball Federation (RFEVB) is a private associative entity, which is governed by Law 10/1990 of 15 October of the Sport, by Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish Sports Federations, for the remaining provisions of the Spanish sports legislation in force, by the present Statutes and its General Regulations, as well as the other rules governing the exercise of their powers.

2. The RFEVB has its own legal personality and its own and independent heritage of its partners, without profit and with full capacity to work for the development of its competences throughout the Spanish territory.

3. The RFEVB is affiliated with the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB), and the Western European Volleyball Zonal Association (WEVZA), which it belongs to as a member, accepting and forcing it to comply with its obligations. Statutes and Regulations, as well as their decisions, respecting the Spanish legal order. The RFEVB is also affiliated with the Spanish Olympic Committee.

4. The RFEVB has its registered office in Madrid, Calle Augusto Figueroa, number 3, floor 2. º The General Assembly may modify this address within the same Autonomous Community.

Article 56.

1. In order to participate in official state-wide competitions in addition to compliance with the specific requirements that are required in each case, in accordance with the current competition framework, it will be necessary to be in possession of the corresponding license in in accordance with the minimum conditions laid down in Law 10/1990 of 15 October 1990 on sport, its implementing provisions, the present statute and the Regulations which it has adopted.

2. Licences shall be issued by the Autonomous Federal Federations after verification of compliance with the requirements laid down for their issue in the current sporting regulations, when they are integrated into the RFEVB, producing effects in the state and regional areas, from the moment when the registration of the federation of regional authorities is registered, and the RFEVB must be notified of the entries made and the modifications of those inscriptions data from the holders of the same to the RFEVB, which shall immediately register them.

In those Autonomous Communities in which there are no regional federations or is not integrated into the RFEVB, material impossibility, or if this is determined by the federation of autonomic scope, the license It will be issued by the RFEVB.

Also to the RFEVB will be the issue of those licenses for which it is necessary to have a visa or prior authorization of the International Federation or European Volleyball Confederation, when this is the case of the provisions of the Statutes of the same.

3. The licences shall record the data at least in the Spanish language, official of the State. In addition, they will reflect three economic concepts:

(a) Mandatory insurance referred to in Article 59.2 of the Law of Sport.

b) The corresponding quota for the RFEVB. This quota shall be fixed by the General Assembly of the RFEVB.

c) The quota for the autonomic scope federation.

4. The revenue generated by the licences will be primarily aimed at financing the structure and operation of the RFEVB. The agreement for the economic distribution between the RFEVB and the Autonomous Region Federations for the issue of the licences shall be adopted by the General Assembly of the RFEVB in the terms set out in Article 23 and the transitional arrangement eighth of the Law 15/2014.

5. It is up to the RFEVB to compile and permanently update the census of sports licenses, which must be available to all the autonomous federations, which may have their own censuses or registers of the licenses they issue, In any case, the data protection legislation shall be complied with.

6. They will be disabled to obtain sports licenses who have been sanctioned for doping, both in the autonomous and in the state and in the international, while they are complying with the respective sanction.

In the same way and in the same terms as the previous paragraph, those persons who are disabled may not be licensed as a result of the violations provided for in Organic Law 3/2013 of 20 June, protection of the health of the sportsman and of the fight against doping in sport, and in its case in the current autonomous regulations. All the provisions of this paragraph shall be understood in terms of the law in force in the field of the fight against doping.

Article 57.

1. Trainers are the natural persons engaged in the teaching, preparation and technical management of volleyball, and who subscribe to the corresponding federal license for this purpose, which links them to a club, regional federations or their own. RFEVB.

2. The coach, in order to exercise his activity in official competitions, must be in possession of the title of coach, awarded by the RFEVB on the proposal of the National Committee of Coaches or the Territorial Committees as appropriate, in the conditions to be determined regulatively.

3. For coaches to be able to participate in official competitions, it will be necessary to be in possession of a license, according to the same minimum requirements established for the players.

The Statute has been repealed until now in force approved by the CSD's Board of Directors on 3 December 1985 and all the provisions and rules of the lower ranking are contrary to the provisions of the present provisions. statutes.
