This Employment General Address resolves:
First.
Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

GENERAL COLLECTIVE LABOUR AGREEMENT FOR THE TEXTILE AND CLOTHING INDUSTRY
2016 wage increase
In Madrid, on January 13, 2016, at the headquarters of CC.OO. -Industry of Madrid, being 11 hours, meets the Negotiating Commission of the Collective General Convention of Work of the Textile and Clothing Industry, for the year 2015 -2017, constituted on 17 December 2014, of which the following representations are present in this act:
On behalf of industry companies:
-The associations, federations and business confederations that constitute the Spanish Intertextile Council:
• TEXFOR (Confederation of Textile Industry), which brings together the following associations and federations: The Textile Industrial Association of the Algodonero Process (Annex III); National Federation of the Textile Industry Lanera (Annex V; National Federation of Finishes, Stampers and Textile Tenders (Annex VI); Sedera Textile Federation (Annex VIII), represented by don Andrés Borão and don Albert Núñez.
• ATEVAL (Association of Textile Entrepreneurs of the Valencian Community). (Annex I), represented by Manuel Penades.
-Spanish Group of the Gender of Punto and National Group of Manufacturers of Medias (Annex IV), represented by David Garcia.
-Spanish Federation of Employers of the Garment (Annex IX), represented by Don Mario Andrada.
-The National Association of Cotton and National Association of Cotton Cooperatives (Annex II)
-The National Employers ' Association of the Textile Industry of Polyolefins and Hard Fibres (SUPPORTIDE) (Annex VII), represented by Ms. Sandra Correal.
-National Union of Carpet and Moquettes Manufacturers (Annex X), represented by Don Eduardo Diaz.
All of them representing companies in the sector, constituting the entire employer representation of the Negotiating Commission.
And the trade unions CC.OO-Industria and FITAG-UGT, representing workers in the sector.

To the call of this Negotiating Commission all the representations that constituted it, attending to the present all, employers and trade unions, with the exception of the union CIG have been mentioned. The Negotiating Commission for the treatment of the only point of the Order of the Day, which constitutes the signing of the salary tables for the year 2016, is correctly and validly represented, according to the increase agreed in the current Article 52 (2), and in particular Article 52 (2)
.Open the session, The Negotiating Commission reaches the following agreements:
1. Approve and sign the salary tables for the ten subsectors, which are attached to these minutes.
2. Set the Minimum Intertextile Salary for 2016 in the following amounts: Daily, € 26.84; Monthly, € 816.38.
3. All undertakings affected by this Convention shall be required to make effective wage increases with effect from 1 January 2016 before 30 March of this year. The payment after that date shall bear the legal interest of the money up to 20 days after the publication of the tables in the "BOE". After these twenty days, ten percent of the surcharge will be paid in accordance with the current legislation.
4. It is delegated to Mr. Albert Núñez i Quadrat, secretary of the Negotiating Commission, to carry out the registration and publication procedures before the "Official State Gazette" of these minutes and the accompanying documents.
And no more issues to be dealt with are the 12-hour session at the place and date that consists of the heading.
