Having regard to the text of the minutes of 17 February 2016 approving the final salary tables for the year 2015 and the provisional ones for the year 2016 of the state collective agreement for the photographic industry (code of Convention No 99002235011981), published in the "BOE" of 19 December 2013, minutes which were signed by the Joint Committee of the Convention of which the business organisations FEPFI and ANEAF and the trade unions FeS-UGT and FSC-CCOO, signatories, are parties of that Convention, representing, respectively, undertakings and workers in the sector, and pursuant to Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Recast Text adopted by Royal Decree-Law 2/2015 of 23 October-BOE of 24-and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May 2010 on registration and deposit of collective labour agreements and agreements,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION FOR INTERPRETATION AND MONITORING OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR PHOTOGRAPHIC INDUSTRY CONVENTION CODE No. 99002235011981

In Madrid, at the headquarters of CCOO in the C/ Ramírez de Arellano, 19, being 16:30 hours of Wednesday, February 17, 2016, the Joint Commission of Interpretation and Surveillance of the Convention meets with the assistance of the following organizations:

For business representation:

Spanish Federation of Photography and Image Professionals (FEPFI), represented by José Antonio Parraga Domínguez.

National Association of Businessmen and of Photography (ANEAF), represented by Francisco Ferrera Rendo and Enrique Sanz Burgos.

By union representation:

Federation of Services of the General Union of Workers, represented by José M. García González and Pedro Rodríguez Merino.

Federation of Citizenship Services of Workers ' Commissions, represented by Antonio Esquinas Sánchez and Manuel Ángel Fernández Balanza.

The meeting starts, reaching the following agreements:

1. Open the session, and once known the GDP of the year 2015, which has been greater than 3%, we proceed to the update of the salary tables corresponding to the year 2015.

As regulated by the Convention, the corresponding arrears between the provisional salary tables for the year 2015 signed on 4 February 2015 and published in the "BOE" on 19 March 2015 and these updated final tables the actual data of the 2015 GDP must be paid in the month following that of the publication of this new salary table in the "BOE".

These new salary tables have an effect from 1 January 2016.

3. Alberto Margallo Pascual is hereby authorised to carry out the necessary formalities for the registration of the agreements adopted in this act for the purposes of recording the "BOE".
