Having regard to the text of the salary tables for the years 2015 and 2016 of the collective agreement of the dairy industry sector and its derivatives (convention code 99003175011981) which was signed on 17 February 2016, by the State Federation of Dairy Industries, on behalf of the undertakings in the sector, and by the trade unions CC.OO. and UGT, on behalf of the employees, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3), of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, recast text approved by Royal Decree-Law 2/2015, of 23 October, and in Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the aforementioned salary tables in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE JOINT COMMISSION OF THE STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF DAIRY INDUSTRIES AND THEIR DERIVATIVES, HELD ON 17 FEBRUARY 2016

In the city of Madrid, on February 17, 2016, being 12:00 hours, the Joint Commission of the Collective Agreement is convened at the social headquarters of the State Federation of Industrial Lacteas, in the street Ayala, No. 10, the Trade Union and Employers ' Organizations referred to, all represented by the persons who are also indicated in this margin, and are then to discuss the next item on the agenda:

Approval of Final Wage Tables for 2015, and Provisional for 2016.

Once the actual CPI is known for the year 2015 (a coefficient of 0.0% is fixed); and in compliance with what is established in the additional provision of the Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives (for the years 2013 to 2016), the present meeting has been convened to establish, concretize and approve the final salary tables for 2015, which represent the application of a 2% increase to the final tables of 2014 for categories that do not reach the remuneration of 1,000 gross euro per month; as well as the consolidation of wages in their day published as provisional for 2015, for categories exceeding the remuneration of EUR 1,000 per month. As a result, the final salary tables finally agreed for 2015 will be those that are taken into account for the calculation of the provisional tables for 2016.

By the assistants are approved and signed in accordance with the Final Wage Tables of the year 2015, which are attached the present act, and that they will be added to Annex III of the current Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives.

In addition to and in relation to the Tables of the Year 2016, pursuant to the provisions of the first provision of the Reference Collective Agreement, for categories not exceeding the remuneration of the 1,000 euros is fixed, concrete and approves the Provisional Salary Table for 2016 with a rise of 1%.

In relation to categories that exceed the remuneration of 1,000 euros, and as long as the provisions of the interconfederal agreements for employment and collective bargaining for the financial year 2016, the parties agree to the application of the guaranteed annual increase of 0,6%; therefore, it is fixed, concrete and approves the Salary Table for 2016, with a rise of 0,6% for those categories.

By virtue of the above, and if within 7 days neither party will notify error in the calculation of the new salary tables or any other anomalies, the Tables will be considered approved and signed in accordance with the Provisional Wage of the year 2016, which are attached to this Act, and which will be incorporated as Annex III of the current Collective Agreement of Lacteas Industries and its Derivatives.

Finally, the parties entrust to the business representation the completion of the necessary formalities for the processing, registration, deposit and publication of the aforementioned Salarial Tables in the "Official Gazette of the State", Authorizing Mr Pedro Valentin-Gamazo and de Cárdenas to sign on behalf of the committee how many documents are necessary for this.

And without further matters to be dealt with, the session is closed at 12:30 p.m., extending the present minutes, which is signed by all the attendees in the test of conformity, at the place and date indicated in the heading.
