Having regard to the text of the wage revision of the general collective agreement of the chemical industry (convention code No. 99004235011981) which was signed on 26 January 2016, on the one hand, by the FEIQUE business association in representation of the companies in the sector, and of another, by the trade union organisations Industry of CC.OO. and FITAG-UGT on behalf of the workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Statute of Workers, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2015, of 23 October -"BOE" of 24-, and Royal Decree 713/2010, of 28 May, on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.

Second.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF THE NEGOTIATING COMMISSION OF THE 18TH GENERAL CONVENTION OF THE CHEMICAL INDUSTRY FOR THE INCREASE 2016

In Madrid, at 10:30 a.m. on January 26, 2016, they meet at the FEIQUE premises, located on Hermosilla Street, n. 31, from this capital, the representatives of FEIQUE, Industry of CC.OO. and FITAG-UGT, to the object of discuss the following order of the day:

I. Salary Increase year 2016.

According to the provisions of Article 33.II.b) of the 18th General Convention of the Chemical Industry, a salary increase of 1,5 per 100 on the Gross Wage Mass of 2015 is appropriate.

Consequently, it is agreed to proceed with the 2016 wage increase, with retroactive effect to 1 January 2016, applying an increase of 1.5 per 100 on the Gross Wage Mass of 2015, purged and homogenized, according to the the procedure laid down in Article 33 of the current Convention.

According to the same precept of the Convention, the percentage of increase to be applied to the Gross Wage Mass of the year 2016 (1.5%), will be reserved 0.3%, for the following concepts:

a) New antiques.

b) Job job completion.

c) Adjustment of pay fans within the same professional group and among the various professional groups.

Equal 1.5% increase rate is applied on the Guaranteed Minimum Wage tables of Articles 32 and 44, Article 40 pluses, Article 44.7 turnicity plus, and Article 28.4 allowance and mileage.

Finally, don Jorge Gomez Adan, has been taken over for the last time, and this is done by Tamara González Ruiz and Don Daniel Macho de Quevedo Gomez to make the necessary steps for the registration of this Act in the General Directorate of Employment and its subsequent publication in the "Official State Gazette".
