In compliance with the provisions contained in Royal Decree 951/2005 of 29 July establishing the general framework for improving quality in the General Administration of the State, the Updating of the Charter of Service of the Museum of the Traje, CIPE.

In view of the favorable report of the State Agency for the Evaluation of Public Policies and the Quality of Services of the Ministry of Finance and Public Administrations, this Secretariat, in use of the powers conferred on it assigns Article 11 of the aforementioned Royal Decree, has resolved to approve the update of the Charter of the Museum of Traje, CIPE, which will enter into force on the day following the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette".

The printed text of the said Charter of Services will be available in the premises of the Museum itself, in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry and in the General Access Point of the General Administration of the State, in accordance with the with Article 6.2.b) of Royal Decree 1671/2009 of 6 November, for which the Law 11/2007, of 22 June, of electronic access of citizens to public services is partially developed, in the following Internet addresses:
