Accredited by the Council of Universities the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the official title of Master's Degree in Criminalistics, Criminal Investigation and Crime Scene, and established its official character and its Registration of Universities, Centres and Titles by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 4 September 2009 (BOE No. 244, of October 9, 2009), in accordance with the provisions of article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of 21 December, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, of 12 April. The curriculum referred to in this Resolution shall be structured as set out in the Annex to this Resolution.

Planning the teachings

Structure of the teachings

The proposed curriculum for the formation of a Master's Degree in Criminalistics, Criminal Investigation and Crime Scene, has been structured by subjects, using the following classification:

Required subjects, which correspond to specialized theoretical knowledge. Transferable skills are guaranteed here through the teaching-learning methodologies.

Optional subjects that are developed, fundamentally, at the end of the studies and that allow to give the graduate the professional orientation committed in the defined profile.

The objectives of each subject, measured in terms of competencies to be acquired by the student, clearly define the teaching-learning methodologies and the form of evaluation of each subject.
