By the Order of 21 July 1994, which regulates the files with personal data managed by the Ministry of Health and Consumer Affairs, compliance with the provisions of the second of the Organic Law 5/1992, of October 29, regulating the processing of personal data.

Article 20.1 of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, provides that the creation, modification or deletion of the files of public administrations can only be done by means of general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or the official journal concerned.

Consequently, to comply with the provisions of that article and in order to complete the relationship of files with personal data managed by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality and their The Order of 21 July 1994, which regulates the files with personal data managed by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality, is included in Annex 3-Ficheros. with personal data on Social Policy-the files called Registration Electronic from the Institute of Older and Social Services and Social Networks CRMF San Fernando.

In the processing of this order, the Spanish Data Protection Agency has issued a mandatory report.

In its virtue, I have:

Article 1. Creating files.

The content of Annex number 3 "Ficheros with personal data on social policy" of the Order of 21 July 1994 is extended, with the creation of two new files called "Electronic Registration of the Imserso" and "CRMF San Fernando Social Networks", the data of which are listed in Annexes I and II of this order.

Article 2. Management and organization.

The head of the body responsible for these files will, under the top management of the Minister of Health, Social Services and Equality, adopt the necessary management and organizational measures, ensuring, in any case, the confidentiality, security and integrity of the data, as well as the drivers to make effective the guarantees, obligations and rights recognized in the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Personal Data, in the Real Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December 2007 approving the Regulation on the development of the This law provides security measures for automated and non-automated files containing personal data, and in other development standards.

ANNEX I

Institute of Older and Social Services

1. File "Electronic Record of the Imserso":

a) Identification of the file, indicating its name, as well as the description of its intended purpose and uses.

File Identification: "Electronic Record of the Imserso".

The purpose of the file is the receipt and delivery of the written, requests and communications that are sent and sent electronically by means of advanced electronic signatures in the field of the procedures and actions capable of electronic processing.

-Identification data: DNI/NIF, first and last name, subject, address, preferred means of notification, country, province, telephone, e-mail and fax address of the user and, if applicable, his legal representative and signature electronic.

a.2) Purpose and intended uses: The purpose of the file is the management and maintenance of social networks managed by CRMF San Fernando.

The uses of the file are concretized in the management of the functioning of social networks moderated by CRMF and referral of electronic communications.

(b) Origin of data, indicating the collective of persons on whom it is intended to obtain data of a personal nature or which are required to supply it, the procedure for collecting the data, and its provenance.

-Personal characteristics data: date and place of birth, age, gender, nationality, contacts, and agenda.

-Social circumstances: hobbies and lifestyle.

-Other data: location, data associated with social network participation, such as events or courses.

c.2) Treatment system: Mixed file.

d) Communications of the intended data, indicating where appropriate, the recipients or categories of recipients: No personal data transfers are foreseen.

(e) International transfers to third countries, indicating, where appropriate, the countries of destination of the data: No international data transfers are foreseen.

f) Responsible organs of the file: San Fernando Physical Disability Recovery Center.

g) Services or units to which the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition may be exercised: CRMF de San Fernando, Calle Pintor Fernando Vela, s/n, 11,100 San Fernando Cádiz).
