In application of the provisions of article 17 of Royal Decree 3/2000 of 23 June, approving the recast text of the legal provisions in force on the Special Social Security Regime of the staff Article 71 of the Royal Decree 1026/2011 of 15 July, approving the Rules of the Judicial Mutualism, the General Judicial Mutual Association signed on December 17, 2009, concerts with various entities authorised in the field of sickness for the provision of health care to beneficiaries of the same during 2010, with an extension forecast for the years 2011, 2012 and 2013.

On October 25, 2012, the extension agreements for 2013 of the aforementioned health concert were formalized, between the General Judicial Mutuality and the Entities that are related in the second section of this article. Resolution.

In order to facilitate the election of the holders of the General Judicial Mutuality who opt for an insurance institution to receive the health care, and to make public the content of the extension for 2013 of the concert Healthcare, agreed:

First.

Publish, as an Annex to this Resolution, the text of the agreement extending for the year 2013 the Concert for the health care of the beneficiaries of Mugeju.

Second.

Determine that during the month of January 2013, holders affiliated with Mujeju who so wish, may choose to receive the health benefit through the Public Health Network of the Health Services of the Communities. Autonomous or through some of the Insurance Entities with which the General Judicial Mutuality formalized the extension agreements for 2013 of the mentioned concert, which are the following:

• Inter-provincial Health Insurance Assistance, Limited Company (ASISA).

• Reunited Insurance Fund, Insurance and Reinsurance Company, Company Anonymous (CASER).

• DKV Seguros y Reinsurance, Sociedad Anónimas Española, (Sociedad Unipersonal).

• FAMILY MAPFRE Insurance and Reinsurance Company, Company Anonymous.

• SANITAS, Insurance Company.

• SECURE ADESLAS, S. A. of Insurance and Reinsurance.

ANNEX

Text of the agreement signed on October 25, 2012 between the General Judicial Mutuality and various insurance entities, for which the Concito for the health care of the beneficiaries of Mugeju is extended for 2013, subscribed on 17 December 2009

"MANIFEST

First.

Clause 7.1.2 of the Concerto signed for 2010 between Mugeju and the Entity on 17 December 2009 for the assurance of access to the provision of health care in the national territory to mutualists and others beneficiaries who do not choose to receive it through the public health system by 2010, provides for the possibility of extending the effects of the system, year by year for 2011, 2012 and 2013. Such extension shall be agreed by mutual agreement of the parties, expressed in writing in the month of October of the preceding year.

Second.

Both parties consider it appropriate to extend the said extension for 2013 and to that end, the representative of the Entity declares under its responsibility that the same maintains the conditions required for the signature of the Concerto in the Resolution of the Management of Mugeju, from 21/10/2009 (BOE n. 265, from 03/11/2009).

By virtue of the above,

AGREE

First.

Extend in all its terms for the year 2013 the Concert signed between the parties on December 17, 2009 for the assurance of access to the provision of health care in the national territory to mutualists and others beneficiaries who do not choose to receive it through the public health system by 2010. The extension shall have effect from the zero hours of the day one January 2013 until the 24 hours of the day thirty-one December 2013.

Second.

Increase the price to be paid by Mugeju to the Entity for the obligations arising from the extension of the concert for 2013, in an amount of 1.11% in respect of the price of the year 2012, fixing the amount of the premiums for 2013 as follows:

78.41 € per month, for each protected beneficiary who was 70 or older at twenty-fourhours on the last day of the month before the payment is due, according to the high and low criteria that a economic effects are set out in Clause 7.2.1.

€ 65.26 per month, for each protected beneficiary who was aged between 60 or more years and less than 70 years old at twenty-four hours on the last day of the month preceding the date of payment, according to the High and low criteria which for economic purposes are set out in Clause 7.2.1.

58.91 € per month, for each protected beneficiary who was less than 60 years of age at twenty-four hours on the last day of the month before the payment corresponds, according to the high and low criteria are set out in Clause 7.2.1.

Third.

In the same percentage as shown in the second point, the amounts collected in clauses 2.4.4 D) and 2.4.6 and in Annex 7 B of the mentioned health measure shall be increased.

Fourth.

In accordance with the forecast of Base 6.1 of the Resolution of the Judicial General Mutuality of 21 October 2009, this extension is subject to the suspension condition of adequate and adequate credit. to finance the obligations arising from it. "
