The Order of 25 May 1977 determines that the supplementary monthly fee to be paid by self-employed or self-employed persons, who are eligible for the voluntary improvement of health care, shall be fixed annually and shall be the the amount resulting from the estimated average cost of that benefit, for the benefit and month, in the General Regime, deducted the average that is charged monthly, per holder of the Special Regime, to finance the aid for surgical intervention.

In view of the current Social Security budgets and in the use of the powers assigned to them, this Directorate General has resolved:

First.-The monthly supplementary fee for health care in the Special Social Security Scheme for self-employed or self-employed persons is fixed, for the year 1982, in five thousand three hundred and fifty-seven pesetas (5,357 pesetas).

Second.-This Resolution will have effect from 1 January 1982.

Third.-The responsible persons who at the date of publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette" would have already made income from contributions due from January 1, 1982 will have a deadline for regularise their new contribution, by entering into the differences that correspond without a surcharge, until the last day of the second month following that of that publication.
