Article 8. Royal Decree 92/1983, of 19 January, provides that the contribution for real days to the Special Agrarian Social Security Scheme, established by Royal Decree 1134/1979 of 4 May, shall be obtained by applying 3% on the basis of (a) the contribution of the employees employed in agricultural work for each day they carry out. This provision also lays down the rate of contribution for employed persons in 8 per 100, and for self-employed workers in the 9% per 100, and finally empowers the Ministry of Labour and Social Security to adapt the bases for the contribution of the Special Regime to the bases of contribution established for the General Social Security System.

In accordance with the above, the Order of 26 January 1983, which is carried out by Royal Decree 92/1983 of 19 January 1983, has laid down the bases for the contribution to the Special Agricultural System for Social Security. determine the fixed monthly contributions to be paid by the employees on their own account, irrespective of their activity and the employed persons, according to the contribution group assigned to them in accordance with their professional status.

Also, it is necessary to establish the daily basis of contributions for real days and unemployment for employed persons, for their calculation the bases of quotation established in the Order of 26 have been taken into account of January 1983, without the increase of the extraordinary bonuses which they have incorporated, applying to them the coefficient 1,47686833, quotient of the division of the total days paid to the year between the actual number of working days.

Consequently, this Directorate-General, in use of the powers conferred on it by the final provision 1. of the Order of 26 January 1983, resolves:

First.-Workers ' quotation.

According to the type of contribution in force for workers included in the Special Agricultural Social Security Scheme-8 per 100 for employed persons and g per 100 for self-employed workers- The following table is approved in which the monthly contribution bases and the monthly fixed quotas are set to be met by the Special Agricultural Social Security System.

Second.-Work accident and occupational disease.

The monthly fixed fee for self-employed persons for the contingency of accident at work and occupational disease will be 348 pesetas.

Third.-Voluntary improvements.

The self-employed persons who are entitled to the voluntary improvement of temporary incapacity for work, as laid down in Royal Decree 1976/1982 of 24 July, will pay a monthly fee of 766 pesetas, resulting to apply the rate of the 2.2 per 100 common sickness, maternity and non-employment accident rate to the base of the levy, plus another one of 174 pesetas, corresponding to 0.5 per 100 on that basis, by accident at work and occupational disease. These quotas shall be entered in conjunction with the obligation.

Fourth.-Quotation for actual days and unemployment.

1. The daily basis of the actual day contribution for each of the groups of workers engaged in agricultural work shall be as follows:

2. The price for real days will be obtained by applying the 3 per 100 to the quotation basis.

3. The contribution to the unemployment contingency of employed persons of a fixed character shall be obtained on the basis of the monthly basis of contributions per day, fixed in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this paragraph, 5.8 per 100, of which 4.8 per 100 will be in charge of the employer and 1 per 100 in charge of the worker.

4. The settlement and the entry of the fees for actual days corresponding to casual and fixed workers shall be carried out using the model contribution document TC 1/8, approved by Order of 15 February 1982 ("Official Journal of the European Communities"). State > 18).

Fifth.-Vigency.

This Resolution shall apply to quotas which are payable as from 1 January 1983.

Sixth.-Regularization of quotas.

The persons responsible who, on the date of publication of this Resolution, would have already made income from contributions due from 1 January 1983, without taking into account the new bases determined by this Resolution, they may regularise their contribution by means of the income without charge of the differences that correspond, until the last day of the second month following that of the publication of this Resolution in the " Official Gazette of the State.
