IS Royal Decree 1614/2008 of 3 October concerning animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products, as well as for the prevention and control of certain diseases of aquatic animals, Council Directive 2006 /88/EC of 24 October 2006 on the animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products and on the prevention and control of certain diseases in the field of animal health aquatic animals.

This Directive has been amended by Commission Implementing Directive 2012/31/EU of 25 October 2012 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006 /88/EC as regards the list of species of species of fish susceptible to viral haemorrhagic septicaemia and the deletion of the entry for epizootic ulcerative syndrome, in accordance with the conclusions of the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the available scientific evidence, in order to suppress epizootic ulcerative syndrome from the list of exotic diseases, and for include the (Paralichthys olivaceus) on the list of species susceptible to haemorrhagic septicaemia.

It is therefore appropriate to incorporate into our legal order, by this order, the Commission's cited Commission Implementing Directive 2012/31/EU of 25 October 2012, which entails the subsequent amendment of the Annex IV to Royal Decree 1614/2008 of 3 October.

This order is dictated to the ampro of the habilitation provided for in the fourth final provision of Royal Decree 1614/2008, of October 3, which empowers the Minister of the Environment, and the Rural and Marine Environment, current Minister of Agriculture, Food and the Environment, in order to modify, within the scope of their respective competences, the content of the annexes thereto for their adaptation to the European Union legislation.

In the preparation of this provision, the Autonomous Communities and the representative entities of the sectors concerned have been consulted.

In its virtue, according to the opinion of the State Council, I have:

Annex IV to Royal Decree 1614/2008 of 3 October concerning animal health requirements for aquaculture animals and products and for the prevention and control of certain animal diseases aquatic, is replaced by the following:

By this order, Commission Implementing Directive 2012/31/EU of 25 October 2012 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006 /88/EC as regards the Spanish legal system is incorporated into the Spanish legal order. the list of species of fish susceptible to viral haemorrhagic septicaemia and the deletion of the entry for epizootic ulcerative syndrome.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
