By Order ARM/1744/2011, of 15 June, published in the "Official Gazette of the State" number 149, dated June 23, the marine reserve of Cabo de Gata-Níjar is regulated, and its delimitation and permitted uses are defined. In the annex thereto, it was established, by mistake, as the permitted season of capture of the galan, which, precisely, must be closed, to coincide with the time of reproduction of this species in this zone.

Therefore, it is necessary to amend it in order to adjust the fishing season for the galan fishing season in recreational fishing in the waters of the Cabo de Gata-Nijar marine reserve. And, for this, I have:

Single item. Amendment of the Order ARM/1744/2011 of 15 June, which regulates the marine reserve of Cabo de Gata-Níjar, and defines its delimitation and permitted uses.

In the annex to the order, point 2.B), 7. Temporadas, where it says: "For the fishing of the galan: From 1 May to 15 August, both inclusive.", must say: " For the fishing of the galan: All year, except between 1 May and 15 of August, both inclusive ".

Final disposition. Entry into force.

This order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
