To all who present it and understand,

Sabed: That the Courts have approved and I come to sanction the following Law.

The Religious Order Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul has requested the free transfer of a State building, in Madrid, Meson de Paredes Street, 78, whose useful domain was transferred to the Royal Association of Beneficency In order to establish a charitable-social center of instruction by Royal Order of 31 May 1859, under the condition that "the day will expire when the needs of another more preferential service demand the eviction". In the year 1860 the Petition Entity took over the building, which was called the "House of Charity of San Ildefonso", whose facilities were expanded by the transfers of new premises made by Royal Order of 29 May 1872 and the agreement of the Court of Government of the Ministry of Finance, instrumented by minutes of 16 December 1893, with which its current delimitation was completed.

The transferred property will necessarily be destined to the fulfillment of the social-welfare purposes to which the Community Daughters of the Charity of Saint Vincent de Paul dedicates its activity, automatically reversing the State in case

Third item.

By the Ministry of Economy and Finance, through the General Directorate of the State Heritage, the procedures leading to the effectiveness of the provisions of this Law will be carried out.

Therefore,

I command all Spaniards, individuals and authorities, to keep and keep this Law.
