Obtained the verification of the Plan of Studies by the Council of Universities, dated November 3, 2011, pursuant to Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010, of July 2, prior to the positive report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation (ANECA), and approved by the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, according to Decree 106/2012 of 27 July ("BORM" number 176, 31), registered in the Register of Universities, Centres and Titles (RUCT), by resolution of date 17 of  January 2013 ("BOE" number 34, February 8), and to comply with the provisions of Article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of Universities,

This Rectorate resolves to publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the Graduate or Graduate Degree in Criminology by the Catholic University of San Antonio, which is set out in the annex to this Resolution.
