In the exercise of the powers conferred by Article 10.2.b) of Law 10/1990 of 15 October of the Sport, the Commission of the Council of the High Sports Council, at its meeting of 26 April 2013, has adopted definitely the incorporation of an additional provision to the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation, authorizing their registration in the Register of Sports Associations.

In compliance with the provisions of article 31.7 of the Law of Sport and article 12.3 of Royal Decree 1835/1991 of 20 December, on Spanish sports federations and the Register of Sports Associations, I have the publication of the amendment of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation, contained in the Annex to this Resolution.

ANNEX

Modification of the Statutes of the Royal Spanish Hockey Federation

Single additional disposition.

The Royal Spanish Hockey Federation, the organs that compose it-government and representation; complementary; technical; and sports justice-, the federations of autonomy and the bodies that integrate it -clubs sports, sportsmen, technicians and referees, in their relations and/or actions of a private nature-government, administration, management, organisation and regulation of sporting activities-as public-functions of an administrative nature-, ensure that the rights to privacy, honour and recognised image are respected in the Spanish Constitution, as well as the principles of confidentiality and transparency, with direct application of the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, of Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulation -Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December-, as well as the rules applicable to it in its public functions of an administrative nature with the public administration.

To this end, they will ensure compliance with the principles of data quality, the right of information in data collection, data security, consent of the affected and transparency, both in the collection and the processing of personal information as in communications which in its internal and/or external activity are carried out. To this end, they shall develop and approve any necessary provisions to the effect.
