Having regard to the text of the Act of 4 July 2013 on Chapter II-Professional classification-of the Fourth State-wide Labour Agreement for the hospitality sector (Convention Code No 99010365011900), which was signed, a part, by the Spanish Confederation of Tourist Hotels and Accommodation (CEHAT) and the Spanish Federation of Hostels (FEHR) representing companies in the sector, and, of the other, by the State Federation of Trade Workers, Hosteleria-Tourism and Gaming of the General Union of Workers (CHTJ-UGT) and the State Federation of Trade, Hotels and Tourism of Workers ' Commissions (FECOHT-CCOO) on behalf of workers, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law on the Status of Workers, Text Recast Approved by Royal Decree Legislative 1/1995 of 24 March, and in Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said act in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Commission Negotiator.

Arrange your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

Thus, the Negotiating Committee of the EALH IV agrees to extend the negotiating session to agree a new chapter II of the agreement, until the next day, 7 October 2013, in order to comply with the guidelines of the Agreement of the Commission on the Follow-up of the Second Agreement on Employment and Collective Bargaining on the Ultra-Activity of Collective Agreements, signed on 23 May 2013 ("BOE" number 142 of 14 June 2013), representations of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organisations (CEOE), the Confederation Spanish Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (CESME), the Trade Union Confederation of Workers 'Commissions (CC.OO.) and the General Workers' Union (UGT).

For these purposes it is appropriate to set the following schedule of meetings: Wednesday, 17 July 2013, 16 hours; Wednesday 11 September 2013, 10 hours, and Wednesday 18 September 2013, at 10 hours, all Sessions shall be held at the headquarters of CEHAT.
