Obtained the positive verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the positive report of the Andalusian Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and University Accreditation, and once established the official character of the title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers at its meeting of 22 January 2010, published by Resolution of the Secretary of State of Universities of 9 February 2010 ("BOE" No. 50, of February 26).
This Rectorate, in accordance with the provisions of Article 35.4 of the Organic Law 6/2001, of Universities, in the wording given by the Organic Law 4/2007, has resolved to order the publication of the study plan leading to the obtaining the official title of the Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Cadiz, which will be structured in accordance with the Annex to this Resolution.
