In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of curricula already verified and once received the communication from the Evaluation Agency-the Andalusian Knowledge Agency-accepting the modifications presented in the curriculum corresponding to the teaching of Graduate or Graduate in Psychology, title official established by the Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 1 October 2010 (published in the "BOE" of November 11, 2010), resolute:

Order the publication of the modification of the Graduate or Graduate Studies Plan in Psychology, being structured in the terms set out in the Annex to this Resolution, which modifies the curriculum published by Rectoral Resolution of January 20, 2011, from the University of Jaen, on the "BOE" dated February 22, 2011, and on the "BOJA" dated December 22, 2011.

By virtue of the Agreements adopted by the Academic Commission of the Andalusian Council of Universities, on the minimum common contents of the Teachings of Grade, as well as the Circular of 10 June 2010, of the Directorate General of the Universities of the Junta de Andalucía, the students who are awarded this Degree must prove, prior to obtaining the Title, the linguistic competence in a foreign language of level B1 or higher, in accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This accreditation will be carried out by the Centre for Advanced Studies in Modern Languages of the University of Jaen, and will therefore be in line with the provisions of the Ministry of Economy, Innovation, Science and Employment (if any). approval, validation, etc.
