Royal Decree 308/2007, of March 2, ordered the organization and operation of the Defense Delegations, developed by Order DEF/91/2008, of 22 January, in order to allow the Military Administration to exercise their activity throughout the national territory.

For this purpose, in the annex to that order, the territorial implantation and structure were concrete, being modified later by Resolution 400/38030/2012, of April 17, in order to update the Areas of Inspection Industrial.

The regulatory templates of officers, officers and non-commissioned officers, as well as those of troops and marineria, for the period 2013-2017, determine a minorage of the maximum numbers in the jobs that are contemplated, and they imply a decrease in the contribution of the military personnel of the Armies to the organizations outside its structure.

On the other hand, the proposal for the rationalization and efficient use of the property of the Ministry of Defense (PREPIDEF) involves actions on the property assets affected by the Department that allow rationalise their use and achieve greater efficiency in the costs of their operation and maintenance, also affecting delegations, sub-delegations and delegated offices of defence.

In this sense, a detailed study has been carried out of each of the delegations and subdelegations of defense, as well as of the delegated offices and the functional areas dependent on them, with the aim of optimize the human and material resources made available to them for the development of the missions entrusted to them.

Consequently, in accordance with the provisions of point 3 of the fifth paragraph of Order DEF/91/2008 of 22 January 2008, for the development of the organisation and operation of the Defence Delegations, on a proposal from the Technical Secretary General and once heard the higher and managerial organs of the Department and the public bodies attached to it with organic or functional relations from which the area can be functionally dependent, resolute:

Single point. Territorial implementation and structure of the Defence Delegations.

The Annex to Order DEF/91/2008 of 22 January 2008 for the organisation and operation of the Defence Delegations is amended as set out in the Appendices to this resolution.

The activities, which in their territorial scope, associated with recruitment, the additional contribution of human resources and the incorporation of work, have been developing the areas of recruitment that are suppressed in application of This Resolution shall be carried out by the General Secretariat or the corresponding Support Body, with functional dependence on the Directorate-General for Military Recruitment and Teaching.

Single repeal provision. Regulatory repeal.

Resolution 400/38030/2012 of 17 April of the Subsecretariat, amending the Annex to Order DEF/91/2008 of 22 January 2008, is hereby repealed and the organisation and operation of the delegations of the Defense.

Single end disposition. Entry into force.

This resolution shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
