TEXT

By Resolution of 14 January 1985 ("Official State Gazette" of 1 February), of the then Directorate General of Economic and Legal Regime of Social Security, the models of contributions were approved and rules were issued (a) to act for the responsible persons and the collecting offices in respect of the settlement and collection of social security contributions.

The progressive implementation of optical character reading media, which is being carried out in this General Social Security Treasury to improve and speed up the management procedure for the quotas of the same, advised the extension of that system to the taking of data contained in the bulletins relating to the income of the quotas of the General Regime, with the exception of certain collectives, and of the Special Regime of the Mining Coal, which was carried out through the modification of such bulletins by Resolution of the Directorate-General for Planning and Economic Planning for Social Security, dated 5 November 1991.

The same reasons are now advised to extend the system of optical reading of characters to the listing bulletins for the settlement of the quotas correspoteeth to the workers of the Special Regime of the Security Social of the Workers of the Sea, both those employed (model TC-1/16), and those on behalf of the group III of contribution (model TC-1/20).

For the above, this Directorate-General, in use of the powers conferred on it in Article 73.6 and in the final provision first, 2, of the Order of 8 April 1992 ("Official State Gazette" of 15), gives the following instructions:

First. Approval of the new listing bulletins, models TC-1/16 and TC-1/20.

The new TC-1/20 model will carry an array attached by climbing, in order for it to be returned duly sealed by the collecting office in which the entry is made, as a justification for it.

Second. Editing of the models.

The new models of TC-1/16 and TC-1/20 listing bulletins will be edited by the General Treasury of Social Security and will be provided free of charge by the Provincial Directorates of the Social Security Office, its Administrations and Provincial Directorates of the Social Institute of the Navy.

Third. Instructions for the preparation and presentation of new models.

The subjects required for the formulation of the new models shall conform to the instructions which, for their preparation and presentation, shall be provided together with the same:

1. Each set of the TC-1/16 model shall consist of four copies, with the following destination:

Red Copy: For the General Treasury of Social Security. Data Processing.

Exemplary violet: For the Social Institute of the Navy.

Blue Specimen: For the Insurance Institution of occupational accidents and diseases.

Orange Copy: For the company.

2. The TC-1/20 model shall be made in blue.

With regard to this new model TC-1/20, as long as the mechanized emission of the new model is carried out under the conditions laid down in Article 73 of the Order of 8 April 1992, the rules will be considered in force. established for the production and presentation of the current receipts of fixed quotas, established by the Social Institute of the Navy.

Fourth. Repeal.

As of the entry into force of the new models of quotation sheets approved in this Resolution, the current model TC-3/18, used for Group III listing, is worthless.

Fifth. Effective.
