By Order of 23 June 1988 ("Official State Gazette" of 5 July), the relationship of UNE standards that collects the MIE-RAT 02 instruction of the Regulation on Technical Conditions and Security Guarantees in Central Electrical, Substations and Transformation Centers.

The penultimate paragraph of point 1 of the ITC indicates that the Ministry of Industry and Energy will update the aforementioned list of UNE standards.

Elaborated by the Spanish Association of Standardisation and Certification (AENOR) modifications of the norms contained in the mentioned relationship, interests its introduction in the same in order to facilitate the interested sectors technical tools in line with the innovations made.

In its virtue, after consulting the Advisory Commission on Electrical Safety, this Ministry has the right to have:

First.-Annex RAT 02 of the WED-RAT Complementary Technical Instruction 02 of the Regulation on Technical Conditions and Safety Guarantees in Electrical Central, Substations and Transformation Centers, to which the Order of 23 June 1988, replaced by the following:
