In order to speed up and simplify the operations of seed sealing, it is considered appropriate to delete the provisions of paragraph V. 4 of the Order of 1 July 1986, which approves the Technical Regulation of Control and Certification of Seeds of Fodder Plants, which includes the special requirements to gather the labeling of lots of alfalfa seeds and trees.

In addition, and in addition to the provisions of the Order of 26 July 1991 authorising the production of a second reproduction of certified seed of various fodder species, in order to ensure a sufficient supply of officially controlled seed of various species of grain legumes, it is considered necessary to authorize the production of certified seed of first reproduction (R-1) and certified seed of second reproduction (R-2) of 'Vicia Sativa L.' (Common feat).

The Technical Regulations for the Control and Certification of Fodder Plant Seeds, approved by Order of 1 July 1986, and last modified by the Order of 13 July 1992, are amended in the following terms:

1. Paragraph V. 4 is deleted. "Special requirements for official labels in the case of lots of seeds of alfalfas and trees".

2. The production of certified seed of first reproduction (R-1) and certified seed of second reproduction (R-2) of "Vicia Sativa L." is authorised. (Common feat).

Single end disposition.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
