Having regard to the text of the salary revision of the National Collective Agreement for the wholesale trade in chemical and industrial products, perfumery and annexes (code number 9901095), which was signed with On 1 February 1996, on the one hand, by the Central Trade Unions CC OO and UGT, on behalf of the workers in the sector, and, on the other, by the FEMPA, FEDEQUIM, AMIEX and PERDROFE Business Associations, representing the companies of the sector, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Royal Decree Legislative 1/1995, of 24 March, approving the recast of the Law of the Workers ' Statute, and in Royal Decree 1040/1981, of 22 May, on the registration and deposit of Collective Labour Conventions,
This Work General Address agrees:
First. -Order the registration of the salary revision of the aforementioned Collective Agreement in the corresponding Register of this management center, with notification to the Negotiating Commission.
Second. -Dispose your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".

WAGE REVISION OF THE NATIONAL COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT FOR COMPANIES OF THE WHOLESALE TRADE OF CHEMICAL AND INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS, PERFUMERY AND ANNEXES
First. -Salary review year 1995 (article 31).
Once the inflation corresponding to 1995 has been officially confirmed by the INE, and the figure is provisionally established in the 4.3 per 100 in accordance with Article 31 of the current Convention, wages should be reviewed. laid down in the tables in the Annex for 1994 at 0,8 per 100, retroactively as from 1 January 1995, without prejudice to Article 8 of the Convention.
Consequently, the salary tables, by professional categories in the Annex to the 1995 Convention, are definitively established in the following amounts:

Second. -Wage increases 1996.
Under Article 30 of the current Convention, the real wages of each worker will be increased by 3.5 per 100 (CPI provided by the Government), with the exception of the age that will be governed by the Article 25 of this Convention.
The salary tables for the procurement minima for the sector contained in the Annex to the Convention will suffer the same increase as the one set out in the previous paragraph.
The salary tables for workers with more than one year of seniority in the company contained in the Annex to the Convention shall be increased by 4,5 per 100, in accordance with the provisions of Article 30.
