Established the basic organic structure of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs by Royal Decree 1888/1996 of 2 August, it is appropriate to update the delegation of powers approved by Order of 21 May 1996 (" Bulletin Officer of the State " of the 27), adapting it to the new established organization.

Under Article 13 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure, I have:

Single item.

The Order of 21 May 1996, concerning delegation of the exercise of powers in the administrative bodies of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, is amended as follows:

First. The delegation made to the Deputy Director-General of Heritage and Works, contained in Article 13, shall be understood as the Subdirector-General of the Adscrito and Control Heritage of the Edifications.

Second. The delegation made to the Deputy Director-General for Personnel Management, contained in Article 16, shall be understood as the Subdirector-General of Human Resources.

Third. -Delegation made to the Deputy Director-General for the Planning and Management of Human Resources of Autonomous Bodies, contained in Article 17, and the one made in the Assistant Director-General for Planning and Management Social Security Human Resources, contained in Article 18, will be understood as the Subdirector-General for the Management and Development of Human Resources of Autonomous Bodies and Social Security.

Fourth. The delegation made to the Deputy Director General of Statistics, contained in Article 20, shall be understood as the Subdirector-General of Social and Labor Statistics.

Fifth. -This Order shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official Gazette of the State".
