Article 48.7 of Law 30/1992, of 26 November, of the Legal Regime of Public Administrations and of the Common Administrative Procedure establishes that the General Administration of the State shall fix, subject to the timetable (i) official work, in its field, the calendar of working days for the purposes of time-limits.

This calendar will be published before the beginning of each year in the "Official State Gazette" and other means of dissemination that guarantee their knowledge to the citizens.

Therefore, this Secretariat of State for Public Administration, in accordance with the powers conferred on it by article 2. of Royal Decree 1892/1996 of 2 August, determining the organic structure The Ministry for Public Administrations has decided to:

First. -Approve the calendar of non-working days during the year 1997, for the General Administration of the State, for the purposes of deadlines, in which the following are included:

(a) All at national level, in addition to all Sundays of the year, as set out in Annex I.

(b) In the territorial areas corresponding to the different Autonomous Communities, those determined by them, as listed in Annex II.

(c) In the territorial areas corresponding to the entities that make up the Local Administration, those that establish the respective Autonomous Communities in their corresponding calendar of business days.

Second. -Dispose the publication of this Resolution in the "Official State Gazette" and in the bulletin boards of the organs and agencies of the General Administration of the State.

Inskilled days at national level

January: Day 1, New Year.

March: Day 28, Good Friday.

May: Day 1, Labor Party.

August: Day 15, The Assumption of the Virgin.

November: Day 1, All Saints.

December: Day 6, Spanish Constitution. Day 8, Immaculate Conception. Day 25, Nativity of the Lord.
