In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 1393/2007 of 29 October, as amended by Royal Decree 861/2010 of 2 July 2010 laying down the procedure for the amendment of curricula verified and once received the communication from the National Agency for Quality Assessment and Accreditation (ANECA), accepting the modifications presented in the curriculum corresponding to the teaching of the Degree in the Magisterium of Primary education, declared the official character of the Title by Agreement of the Council of Ministers of 23 November 2012 (published in the "BOE" of 8 February 2013, by Resolution of the General Secretariat of Universities, 17 January 2013), determined:

Order the publication of the modification of the curriculum of the Grade in Magisterium of Primary Education, being modified in the terms set out in the Annex to this resolution, which modifies the curriculum published by Rectoral Resolution of 21 May 2013, from the University of Madrid, in the "Official Gazette of the State" dated June 13, 2013.

The modification of the curriculum will take effect from the academic year 2013-2014.

In order to study the subjects of optional subjects, in each academic year the university will make a sufficient offer of subjects, which will allow all its students to exceed the 30 ECTS credits provided for them.

In accordance with the provisions of the fourth paragraph of the Council of Ministers ' Agreement establishing the conditions to be adapted to the plans of studies leading to the acquisition of securities to be provided for the exercise of the regulated profession of Master in Primary Education " plans of studies leading to the obtaining of official university degrees which enable for the exercise of the profession of Master in Child Education, must comply with the provisions of Article 4. of the Agreement of 3 January 1979 between the Spanish State and the Holy See on Teachings and Cultural Affairs. "

Article 4. of the Agreement of 3 January 1979 between the Spanish State and the Holy See on Teachings and Cultural Affairs states that " The teaching of Catholic doctrine and its pedagogy in the University Schools of Teacher training, in conditions comparable to other fundamental disciplines, will be voluntary for students. "

Complying with the aforementioned regulations, a 6-credit-optional subject called "Catholic Religion" is included in the Study Plan.

In addition, students, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation, may request the recognition of a maximum of 6 credits in optional subjects for participation in cultural university activities, sports, student representation, solidarity and cooperation.
