In compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of the Organic Law 5/1992, of 29 October, of Regulation of the Automated Treatment of Personal Data, Order 75/1994 of 26 July, containing the relationship of the files of automated processing of personal data in the Ministry of Defense, among which is found, with the number 20, the " Automated file of personal identification in the Army Headquarters ".

The experience accumulated in the use of the aforementioned file, as well as the changes made in the organic units, centers and agencies of the Headquarters of the Army of the Earth, make it necessary to modify the provided for in Order 75/1994.

In its virtue, I have:

The automated personal identification file at the Earth Army Headquarters, listed in the Annex to Order 75/1994, July 26, with the number 20, is worded as follows:

" 20. Automated personal identification file at the Earth Army Headquarters:

(a) Responsible: Inmemorial Infantry Regiment of the 2nd number 1 of the Earth Army Headquarters.

b) Purpose: To establish the identification system, for reasons of security and permanence control, of personnel who regularly access the Army Headquarters of the Land.

(c) Uses: By authorized personnel of the security service for the confection of control and identification cards, through the introduction, modification and cancellation of data, as well as by authorized personnel of the Center of Transfers of the General Staff of the Army of the Land and the General Register of the Army of the Earth's Headquarters to allow the location of the assigned personnel.

d) Persons or collectives source of the data: Military and civilian personnel assigned to the Headquarters of the Army of the Earth or to be accessed with the assiduity provided for in the Security Plan.

e) Data collection procedure: The data is collected through the personnel files, on an individual request to the interested parties, or as a result of the documentation generated by the administrative activity, ? Official State Gazette? and? Official Defense Newsletter?.

f) Basic file structure and description of the personal data included in the file.

Basic structure:

DB structure file.

Data types:

Identifiers.

Personal.

Target.

Administrative.

From private vehicles.

g) Recessions of data that are foreseen: The Personnel Command, Logistics Support Command, and the General Staff of the Army of the Earth.

h) the Authority to which the rights of access, rectification and cancellation may be exercised where appropriate.

Final disposition. Entry into force.

This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
