The Resolution of 12 February 2014, of the General Secretariat of the Treasury and Financial Policy, defining the principle of financial prudence applicable to the borrowing operations of the autonomous communities of common rules and cities with autonomy status which are coupled to the direct financing line ICO-CCAA 2012 and the Fund for Autonomic Liquidity establishes in its third article that " the maximum total cost of the operations of indebtedness, including fees and other charges may not exceed the fixed rates or the applicable maximum differentials to publish monthly through Resolution the General Secretariat of the Treasury and Financial Policy. The maximum published costs shall remain in force for as long as no new costs are published. "

In accordance with that obligation to update the applicable fixed rates or maximum differential monthly rates, a new Annex shall be published, which shall replace the Annex included in the Resolution of 29 May 2014.
