Having regard to the text of the Act of 26 May 2014 in which the agreements concerning the salary tables for the year 2014 of the State collective agreement of notaries and employees are collected (convention code No. 99018195012010) which was signed by the Joint Commission of the Convention of which the Federation of Employers ' Associations of Spain (FEDANE) is a member representing the companies of the sector and the trade unions FeS-UGT and COMEFIA-CC.OO of the employees, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 90 (2) and (3) of the Law of Workers ' Statute, Recast Text approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1995 of 24 March, and Royal Decree 713/2010 of 28 May on the registration and deposit of collective agreements and agreements of work,

This Employment General Address resolves:

First.

Order the registration of the said salary revision in the corresponding Register of collective agreements and agreements working through electronic means of this Steering Center, with notification to the Joint Commission.

Second.

Arrange for publication in the Official State Gazette.

ACT NO 6 OF THE JOINT STATE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT OF NOTARIES AND EMPLOYEES

In Madrid, on May 26, 2014, the Joint Commission of the State Collective Agreement of Notaries and employees, constituted by:

On one hand, representing FEDANE: Dona Maria Pilar from Prada Solaesa, and Don Antonio Perez-Coca Crespo.

On the other hand, the union representation constituted by the State Federation of UGT Services (FeS-UGT), represented by Don Alvaro Vicioso Alfaro and by COMFIA-CCOO, represented by Dona Encarnacion Bonilla Huete.

MANIFEST AND AGREE

1. On the part of FEDANE, the difficult economic and productive situation in the notarial sector, which is reflected, among others, is reiterated in the data provided by the ANCERT Information Center. By way of illustration, according to the information from ANCERT, the documents that concentrate most of the annual turnover (the amount documents) have been reduced by 9,49% from 2012 to 2013 (3,154,259 documents) and even in a 37.36% if we take the data from 2009 (5.035.229 documents) as a reference; similarly, the documents that have gone from a total of 3,181,856 in 2009 to 2,961,278 in 2013 have also been reduced.

Such a situation would require no pay update.

2. It is recalled from the union representation that compliance with the provisions of Article 19.3 of the Collective Agreement is a legal requirement and therefore the salary table should be updated. The data that this party has in relation to the current situation of the Notaries are exclusively of a working nature in terms of the dismemberment or the implementation of the Convention, being these little significant (source REGCOM and communications to the Joint Committee on the Convention).

3. The updated wage table with effect from 1 January 2014, applying 0.3% (CPI of the previous year) is the one attached to this Act as Annex I.

4. The salary update referred to in paragraph 3 above is carried out without prejudice to the existing possibilities for the neglect or inimplementation of the conventional tables or their increases, in accordance with the provisions of the application (Article 82.3 of the ET).
