Article 20 of Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, states that the creation, modification or deletion of automated files of Public Administrations will only be possible be made by means of a general provision published in the Official Journal of the State or the corresponding official journal.

By Order of the Minister of Public Works of 4 October 1999 ("Official State Gazette" of 21), the update of the relationship of automated files of a personal nature of the Department was carried out. After the publication of this Order, it is necessary to modify, delete and incorporate new files into the existing relationship.

In its virtue, prior to the report of the Data Protection Agency, I have:

First. Extension of the Annex of the Order of 4 October 1999.-Annex 1 of this Order lists the newly created files to be incorporated into the set of automated files of personal data of the Ministry of Public Works, which were set out in the Annex to the Order of 4 October 1999.

Consist, in respect of each of these files, the responsible organ and service or unit to which the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, the name, the purpose of uses, the persons or persons can be exercised collectives for which data are to be obtained on a personal basis or which are required to supply them, the procedure for collecting the data, the basic structure of the file, the disposals of such data, if any, file security.

The security measures contained in the corresponding section of each file set out in this annex are those that are applicable in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 June 1999. approves the Regulation on Security Measures for automated files containing personal data.

Second. Update of files. -In Annex 2 of this Order, the files listed in the aforementioned Order of 4 October 1999 are related, and they have undergone some modification since their registration in the Register of the Agency of Protection of Data.

Third. Deletion of files. -In Annex 3 of this Order, the files to be deleted in this Register are related, and the personal data must be cancelled by the respective responsible bodies in all cases whose incorporation into other files is not indicated in the same annex.

Fourth. Entry into force. -This Order shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
