Royal Decree 1630/1992, of 29 December, for which they are issued

provisions for the free movement of construction products in

application of Directive 89 /106/EC, as amended by the

Decree 1328/1995, of July 28, provides in Article 5.b) that the

CE marking indicates that the products are compliant with a

Document

European Technical Suitability (hereafter DITE), as one of the

alternatives for obtaining such marking; in Annex V, point 1, it is

sets the publication in the "Official State Bulletin" of the relationship

of the bodies authorised for granting and, in Annex I, point

1)

3, refers to the publication of the DITE guides.

The compliance certification systems applicable to each

product has been established in the different Decisions adopted

by the European Commission and published in the Official Journal of the

Communities

European Communities ".

They have also been developed by the EOTA and by approving it in the

Standing Committee of the Building the DITE guides for each

product or product families, having the

period set

coexistence and the entry into force of the CE marking according to those

guides for obtaining the DITE.

This Order is delivered on the initiative of the Standing Committee of the

Inter-Ministerial Commission for Building and Giving Products

compliance with Royal Decree 1630/1992 in application of the

Directive 89 /106/EEC.

In its virtue, I have:

First. Bodies approved for the granting of the DITA. -Los

bodies approved for the granting of the DIETs, for the purposes of

set out in point 1 of Annex V to Royal Decree 1630/1992 of 29

of December, are listed in Annex I of this Order.

Second. DITE guides approved and available. -In compliance

of the provisions of point 3 of Annex V to Royal Decree 1630/1992,

of December 29, reported to be approved and available

the DITE guides indicated in Annex II of this Order.

Third. Compliance certification, coexistence period, and

CE marking entry into effect. -Construction products

affected by CE marking based on its intended use, the guide for

obtaining the DITE, the compliance certification system, and

the applicable entry dates and coexistence period

in relation to the CE marking are indicated in Annex II of this Order.

Fourth. Notified bodies-The bodies authorised for

the compliance certification, referred to in the previous section,

will be notified by the General Administration of the State to the

European Commission and what, according to what is established in the Real

Decree 1328/1995, dated July 28, is indicated in Annex III of this Order.

Fifth. Power of modification or extension. -Empower to the

Director General of Technology Policy at the Ministry of Science and Technology

to update or extend by Resolution Annexes I, II, and III of

this Order.

Sixth. Entry into force. -This Order will enter into force on the day

next to that of your publication in the "Official State Bulletin".
